Trilogy, an active adult community, is located in La Quinta which is aptly known as the “Gem of the Desert”. Construction on the community started in 2002 and the expected completion date is 2009. When completed there will be approximately 1,200 homes located on 522 acres.
Residents of Trilogy are never at a loss for something to do. They have access to such shopping venues as The River in Rancho Mirage and the prestigious shops and boutiques of El Paseo in Palm Desert. If entertainment activities are desired one is in luck! The community is located close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, a short drive takes one to the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic . Residents especially enjoy spending a lazy day at the La Quinta Arts Festival. The Palm Springs Desert Museum and professional performances offered at the McCallum Theatre are also popular venues. Those interested in testing their luck visit the Spotlight 29 Casino and the Fantasy Springs Casino.
Nature lovers will never tire of trips to such locations as the San Jacinto State Park and Wilderness, San Bernadino National Forest, Joshua Tree National Monument, Santa Rosa Mountains National Scenic Area, The Mecca Hills County Park, Lake Cahuilla Recreation Park, and The Indio Hills Palms Park.
The Trilogy community itself provides a plethora of opportunities for fun, relaxation and socialization. For example, The Santa Rosa Club, a 21,000 square foot clubhouse contains The Grand Living Room where residents meet. One can also enjoy the Café Solazand dine at the Azul Bar and Restaurant overlooking the golf course. There are also pools, athletic facilities and the Coral Spa where one goes to be pampered.
The golf club at Trilogy is widely known for hosting the popular Skins game. On the course one can expect to find 4 to 5 tees per hole, 9 Water hazards and 43 Bunkers. It is little wonder why this is such a popular club. Should you wish to purchase a home in Trilogy, call Judy and Nelson Horn, 760-285-5097.
If you wish to purchase new construction it is important to contact the Horns before your first visit to the community. They have been able to save their clients thousands of dollars on their new purchase, even after the clients thought they had made their best deal with the builder. However, you must let the Horns register you before you first visit in order for them to represent you on the new purchase.
