Del Webb Sun City Palm Desert and Del Webb Sun City Shadow Hills have a wide variety of homes for lease. Views vary; golf course views, greenbelt views or those located on privacy lots. Leases in both communities are available on a seasonal or a long-term basis.
The high season for seasonal leases are the months of January, February and March. November, December and April are considered the shoulder months, pricing reflects the location, house size and the desired months.Seasonal leases are furnished with all of the amenities of home.With a small transfer fee amenities available to homeowners are extended to tenants. Most homeowners require a minimum of three months and prefer a four month seasonal lease. Note: Del Webb Sun City Shadow Hills requires a minimum of a three month lease.
Long-term leases in both communities are generally unfurnished.
Note: The local MLS is not well equipped to hand our seasonal leases. While the MLS search may show the property as active; the reality may be that the property is unavailable for the high season but available for only the summer months. Determining the actual status of a property usually requires Realtor assistance.
